Why train at Calmness Hotline?
Need to rent the studio for a longer period? Send it to us by filling in the form below.
Want to practice your sports alone or with friends? It's possible to rent the studio to practice pole dance or aerial hammock for 60min. Different rates are in place depending on whether you are alone or accompanied (up to 4 people).
You can film content with your phone using the studio tripods.
A staff member will always be on site for any questions you may have and to ensure your safety.

• The rates are in CAD$ and do not include taxes.
• It is possible to use loyalty points.
• A refund is possible within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, only a transfer to another person for the same date is possible.
• The offer is activated from the purchase of the rental. Validity period: 2 weeks for 1 session, 10 weeks for the 5-session package.
• Cancellation policy: Up to 12 hours maximum before the session.
• Package rescheduling before it's expiration: It is possible to reschedule your sessions according to the purchased offer. For a 60-minute session, with an additional $25, you will have an extra 2 weeks. For the 5-session package, by re-subscribing to the same package, you will have 10 weeks to use all of these sessions.
DURING THE SESSION:
• Leave the studio clean (a $75 fee will be applied if the studio is left in poor condition).
• If you are late, we will not extend the duration of the session.
• It is strictly forbidden to do a professional photoshoot or have a party.
The sessions can be of 60min, 90 min or 120mins in function of what fits you best
