Why realise your photo & video shoot at Calmness Hotline?
The studio is the perfect place to meet all your professional photo and video session needs.
You can even bring your own photographer and videographer. We can also offer you the option to work with our team @mtlpoleshoots
A team member will always be nearby to help you and make sure all your questions are answered on the spot.
Rental time slots vary depending on the size of your project: we offer 2H, 4H, and 8H slots. You can contact us through the book your studio form to get your started.
The room can accommodate between 8 and 10 people. So, you can bring a complete team to make your session even better: makeup artist, models, various assistants...

shoots
• The rates are in CAD$ and do not include taxes.
• Loyalty points can be used for the payment only when you have an active package.
• Refunds are possible within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, a transfer to another person for the same date and time is the only available option.
• Validity period: 3 weeks for a 2-hour session, 4 weeks for a 4-hour session, and 6 weeks for an 8-hour session. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations for the session are not possible unless a medical proof is provided. In such cases, we can offer a rescheduling option, but no credit will be issued. Alternatively, you can transfer your session to another person for the same booked date and time.
During the session:
• Please leave the studio clean. A $75 fee will be applied if the studio is left in poor condition.
• If you arrive late, the session will not be extended. The session must end on time.
• The session must remain in a professional context.
