You have experience with pole or aerial hammock, you already have some vocabulary to create a choreography but you don't really know where to start... you would like to be guided in your creation, while remaining motivated and structured. This program is for you.
advanced level

You do lots of things, and always want to do more... These programs are here to challenge you and help you surpass yourself while you listen to your body! They are great complements to your sports; they allow you to gain flexibility and strength by using the pole and / or the hammock according to what you prefer.

You don't know if you want to pole dance, or try aerial hammock, or both...? CH has got you covered; come and discover yourself, have fun, relax through one (or two) discipline(s) that will allow you to reconnect with your body, your sensuality, and your creativity.

Because your goal is essential, we will discuss it beforehand in order to better guide you towards a program that suits you.
A true space for expression, these private lessons are available for all levels according to the three categories: beginner, intermediate, and advanced.

Whether it's Pole Dance, Aerial Hammock or a mix of both disciplines, the studio offers several programs consisting of 5 or 10 classes.
Based on the number of classes, we will establish together the program that will allow you to evolve throughout it .

The prices are in CAD and don't include taxes.. The offer will be activated starting from the first class after your registration. The duration of validity : 2.5 months the 5 classes package, 5 weeks the 5 continuous classes package, 5 months the 10 classes package.
