Be at your own place. Classes will address your needs by allowing you to express yourself and move in your own way. The use of your imagination bring out your inner child, giving you the feeling of playing, all while strengthening your muscles & feeling aligned with your desires.

Through its various courses, this discipline will help you, according to your current energy level, to: tone your body, increase your flexibility, prevent sports injuries, or simply relax. Depending on the need of the team, we will decide on the most suitable course for you.

This discipline will help you defy gravity and feel powerful! The classes will allow you to co-create as a group, and/or reconnect with your sensuality according to your desires. On this classes, the focus is on bonding the team through games related to pole dance.

Choose one or more disciplines that will appeal to your team:
The retreat is built around two workshops tailored to the disciplines chosen by the company. Each workshop lasts for 90-120 minutes, followed by discussion time to debrief and reflect on the experience together. A picnic is organized by the studio to wrap up the retreat.

Calmness Hotline offers courses and classes for businesses aimed at small teams looking to build deeper connections to excel together. The studio offers two options based on your preference:

• The rates are in CAD$ and do not include taxes.
• Loyalty points can be used if you have an active formula for a student who wishes to bring their company.
• Refunds are possible within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, only a transfer to another team within your company for the same date and time is possible.
• Validity period: 1 OFF: valid for 4 weeks. 5 SESSIONS: valid for 5 weeks (one class per week)
• Cancellation policy: Cancellation is not possible except upon presentation of a medical proof from the organizer. In such cases, we can only reschedule the session, but no credit will be issued. Alternatively, you can transfer the session to another team within the same company for the same date and time.
DURING THE SESSION:
• Please leave the studio clean. A $75 fee will be applied if the studio is left in poor condition.
• If you arrive late, the session will not be extended. The session must end on time.
• You can extend the class, subject to an additional cost of $125.
Reservation for the team building/courses should be made as soon as possible after the consultation.
